Due to the handmade nature of this item, there may be minor imperfections such as brick marks at the feet of the plate. This occurs during the firing process as the plates sit out on brick surfaces to cool after they are removed from the kiln. Rest assure that this will not drastically alter its appearance or impact their properties :)
