Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Request for refunds due to change of mind will not be allowed.

All items have been carefully inspected and properly packaged in adequate bubble wrap before being shipped out. We are not liable for broken/lost mail for items that are shipped out with standard mail. In a rare situation that your tracked item arrives damaged, do drop us an email at hello@gentleobjects.com with image proof and detailed information of the defects within 7 days and we will guide you through the process of returning your order. Refunds will only be made if the item is out of stock. 

Gentle Objects reserves the right to update our terms & conditions at any point in time and reject any request that does not meet our return & exchange policy.
